Simple Lessons from Cats

  Humans often believe they are above animals because they have reason, morals, and rules. Cats look different: they seem calm, independent, and without interest in changing the world. Philosopher John Gray suggests that cats actually show a kind of wisdom that humans can learn from. Cats do not need written rules or moral systems. Their instincts guide them.
